In "Onze Villa" (Villa 11) in Provence with a large private pool you will stay in the most beautiful part of Provence (Vaucluse) at the foot of the Mont Ventoux. The villa is a 5-minute walk through a beautiful (partly private) park from the lively Medieval village Malaucène. The holiday villa is built in Provencal style, looks very spacious and is modern and attractively furnished. The central open kitchen is inviting and the cozy sitting area offers space for both the bookworm and the film fanatic. On cold evenings, the large wood stove/fireplace provides cosiness. Together with the sauna, it is a wonderful place for all seasons. The spacious south-facing garden looks out beautifully of the Provençal landscape, a stream, a pond and the medieval village. Enjoy the outdoors from the sun loungers by the private pool or from the large covered outdoor kitchen. Cooking enthusiasts will love it here and with the built-in BBQ and Big Green Egg you can turn every dinner into a feast. With 4 spacious bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms, the house is suitable for 8 to 10 people. It is also accessible for the disabled.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN WITH BIG GREEN EGG

In Provence, life mainly takes place outdoors. As cooking enthusiasts, we have equipped the villa with all the necessary equipment. With the Big Green Egg you make Cote de Boeuf better than at many restaurants and you steal the show with, for example, a Beer Can Chicken or a slowly cooked procureur. with self-picked herbs from our own garden. With the large built-in traditional BBQ you can also traditional BBQ with, for example, delicious sausages from the butcher in the village or a beautiful sirloin steak. And, you also have an extensive kitchen with all the necessary equipment for the home chef. And, you can also eat out in the many restaurants in the village or the many villages in the area with beautiful views. On the other side of the park is also a top restaurant Pont de L'Orme.

LARGE PRIVATE POOL WITH STUNNING VIEWS

The large private swimming pool (4x10) is centrally located in the garden with a beautiful view of the village and the mountains with the Mont Ventoux. On the comfortable sunbeds you can relax by the pool and enjoy the beautiful view. The pool is equipped with a heat pump so that the water is always at a comfortable temperature. Through the gate in the backyard you walk to the communal park. Via a bridge you walk down to an adjacent park with a tennis court with a football field, skating rink, playground, fishing pond, sports circuit and a jeu de boules court. The tennis court can be rented for a very limited amount.

STYLISH INTERIOR DESIGN

The villa is modern and stylishly furnished with a natural stone floor throughout the house. Through a design black steel design frame you immediately look out from the spacious entrance hall on the swimming pool and the Provencal landscape. In the hall is a large wooden cupboard wall, toilet and a workplace/desk. The large living room (40m2) with open kitchen diner overlooks the full width of the pool through large windows with 2 sliding doors. With a spacious dining table and sitting area with TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, microwave and oven, blender, Nespresso, kettle and dishwasher. Adjacent to the living room is a large (15m2) bedroom with a comfortable EMMA bed, desk/2nd workspace, TV, walk-in bathroom with sauna (from November), washbasin, hair dryer and rain-shower shower which is accessible for the disabled and disabled.

The indoor kitchen flows seamlessly into the large outdoor kitchen and from the sofa you have a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the medieval village in the distance.
